Introducing sweet baby H...

Bulgogi Recipe

I am going to be trying something different. I am going to make recipes following a book or on-line and i will post pics and let you know my reivew lol! Not that it matters for much but if your like me then you may like a different recipe once in awhile. Mix it up a little!!!!

This is one of my families FAVE's!!!! My aunt Barbie makes it so good, so i am trying it tonight for the 1st time! I'll let you know how it goes! So thanks to her, and http://www.manngchi.com/ i will list the recipe.

Bulgogi Recipe:

Slice 1 lb of beef thinly
(We use London Broil slightly frozen makes easier cuts)

Mix these ingredients to make marinade sauce:

3 TBSP of Soy Sauce,
3 TBSP water,
2 TBSP of sugar,
1 TBSP of honey,
1 TBSP of sesame oil,
1 TBSP of toasted sesame seeds,
2 chopped green onions,
3 cloves minced garlic,
1 tsp black pepper.

Marinate for at least 2 hours and keep it in the refrigerator.
Cook it on a pan or a grill, and transfer to a plate or a cast iron plate to serve.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.

Now we do not add the sesame seeds but i am sure its just as good :)
Enjoy!!!
